FORMATION OF STATE BANKS’ STAFF UNION KARNATAKA

Our Organization State banks’ Staff union (K)  came in to existence during October 1983 almost synchronizing with the formation of Local Head Office(LHO) of the Bank in Bangalore.

State banks’ Staff union (K) at its nascent stage galvanized the strength and aspirations of workmen and officers into a mass movement aimed at securing a separate administrative circle for Karnataka branches of state bank of India. Our union has always indulged in constructive trade unionism and work culture . With strong core principled values and ethical standards we are an Apolitical organization. 

State banks’ Staff union (K) continues to have a dynamic approach to issues and consistently working for the betterment of Member’s working conditions and healthy environment. Without compromising the values the union continues to render invaluable services to its members even after almost four decades of its existence, given the vicissitude in the Banking sector. 

State banks’ Staff union (K) has achieved tremendous success in fostering a spirit of co-operation and comraderie among the members . organizationally the Union today is stronger than it has ever been . 

We have always been the Economic front-line warriors of our state , State banks’ Staff union (K) will continue sparing no efforts to ensure that our members are provided a safe inclusive working environment .
